Quick Alert is the alarm-monitoring service for Guard-All and PLDT Guardian.  Quick Alert uses the latest wireless technology (GPRS) and industry standard digital dialer equipment to monitor alarms 24 hours a day, from all points of the Philippines, at our control rooms in Makati and Cebu.

Alarm notifications are received at our Central Monitoring Stations, displayed on the computer monitors via dedicated alarm software and our operators then follow a procedure of verification and response to the alarm situation.  Quick Alert monitors many different types of alarm systems and for a diverse range of applications.

An alarm system detects anyone trying to enter secured property and sends an alarm message to the central monitoring station the alarm is hooked up to. The alarm may also activate a siren to alert people at the premises and surrounding neighborhood. In reality an alarm system is so much more and can be used for many functions both for emergencies and for other day to day help.

We tailor make an alarm system to suit the customers needs and the situation e.g. this may include panic buttons for cashiers to alert the central monitoring station of a situation, panic buttons for medical alarms to alert the central station if someone needs emergency help such as an ambulance.
We install specialist sensors or detectors for refrigeration, LPG leaks, flooding and vibration for large vaults, the list is as long as are the needs of our customers, we have a solution for your problems.

Alarm Response

Quick Alert and Guard All work with a network of response units to cover the different response requirements.  This includes Police, dedicated 24 hour roving vehicles for diplomatic missions, motorbike mounted guards, ICU ambulances, Fire Brigades&Village and Association Security Services.
